RETURNS and REPAIRS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we will do all we can to ensure that you are.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a full refund for any regular stock items. Simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to initiate the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We advise you to send your package with a tracking number and insurance appropriate to the value of the piece. We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged and will not refund your payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable (unless the product is being returned for a defect, in which case, shipping and insurance will also be reimbursed). As a result, we will reimburse you the actual paid price, excluding shipping fees.
You will be reimbursed via the same method of payment used for the order within a period of 5 days following the reception of the returned item at our studio.
Beyond the 10-day period, the delivered products are held to be compliant and accepted by the buyer. Therefore, Gayane Avetisyan Contemporary Jewelry reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement of products.
Custom-designed or made-to-order items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
To request a repair, please contact us by e-mail with a description of the problem including a photo. Should the damage be due to a defect in fabrication, we will repair the piece at no cost.
