Processing

All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada and orders will leave the studio within 7 days. Your purchase will be placed in a jewelry box and protected for shipping.

In the event of any unforseen delay, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated shipping date. We will always aim to ship within 14 days of your order. 

This 7-day processing time does not apply to custom orders. 

Shipping

For domestic shipping within Canada, Canada Post Xpresspost is used for pieces priced up to $200. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 2 business days and includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Cost: $10.

For domestic shipping within Canada, Canada Post Xpresspost is used for pieces priced between $200 and $1000. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 2 business days and includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Cost: Free.

For shipping to the USA, Canada Post Xpresspost USA is used for pieces priced up to $200. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 3 days and includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Cost: $1

For shipping to the USA, Canada Post Xpresspost USA is used for pieces priced between $200 and $1000. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 3 days and includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Cost: Free.

For international shipping of pieces priced up to $1000, deliveries are made via Canada Post Xpresspost International. Delivery usually takes between 4 to 7 days depending on location and includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. A shipping quote will be sent to you via email before you finalise your purchase.

All orders, domestic, USA and international, above $1000 are shipped via Parcel Pro, Inc, the leading provider of insured, high-value shipping services to the jewelry industry, providing a combined shipping and insurance program. 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
